The Company

skåda is a young company rich in experience in the residential design and building industry. With more than 15 years of combined experience, the skåda team is qualified to take on just about any home-build project.

At skåda, no project is too big or too small. Be it a house or a closet, we'll design it and build it. Satisfaction comes not from the size of the project but from the process of creation and collaboration, not only with each other, but with the client. After the last nail is hammered in, or the last tile is set, knowing the client is happy with the result is the most important thing.

Whatever your project involves, skåda can help guide you in providing plans, selecting materials and finishes and customizing your project to best suit your needs. Good design can SAVE you money. Industry-wide, more than 60% of projects go over budget and 70% are not completed on time. But good design can save you money. With clear design and diligent planning, skåda ensures that projects meet budgets and deadlines.

In both skåda's building and design practices, the environment and efficiency are top priorities. With the rising cost of fuels and a broadening awareness of our collective carbon footprint, we are increasingly mindful of ways to maximize building efficiency and incorporate smart design into all of our projects. When considering the needs of our clients, we carefully review material selection, examine the integrity of the design and determine how we can provide true vision for the future by reducing, reusing and recycling.
